Eating and drinking my way across Iowa

In 2011, I gained three pounds after 490 miles of riding in a week. There's just too much good food on RAGBRAI. Anyway, I'll attempt to keep this post updated with what I eat and drink all week. Prepare to be amazed and/or disgusted.

Sunday: 

  • Cinnamon roll
  • Gatorade (2) , G2 (1)
  • Water (4) 
  • Ham ball on a stick
  • Walking Taco
  • Corn on the Cob

  • A dinner buffet consisting of salad, cole slaw, two type of pasta salad, two rolls, beef n pasta, mashed potatoes, two pork chops, fried chicken.

Monday: 

  • Breakfast bowl (potatoes, eggs, cheese, onions, peppers, sausage.
