RAGBRAI - The food

I tried to keep track of everything I ate/drank while on RAGBRAI.  I may have forgotten a few things, but here goes:

Day 1


Biscuits/gravy, hashbrowns, sausage, orange juice

Cheeseburger, Macaroni Salad, Veggie Salad, Julienne Potatoes


4 Gatorades

2 cokes

5 beers

Day 2

Banana & granola bar

Biscuits/gravy, panckaes, fruit punch

Strawberry Banana Smoothie, pulled pork sandwich

3 slices pizza, 2 beers

Pork chop, 2 potatoes, corn on the cob, roll, salad, pasta salad, veggie salad, nacho salad, 3 beers

2 Gatorades

Day 3

Gel pak

Breakfast Burrito

Pasta/marinara/grilled veggies

2 bananas

Clif Bar

Brat, pasta salad, watermelon, cookie, potato chips, beer

Chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes, corn, roll, 2 beers

Peanut butter M&Ms, popcorn, coke.

Day 4

2 bananas

Cinnamon Apple Nut french toast, yogurt parfait, orange juice

ice cream sandwich

loose meat (Maid Rite) sandwich, corn on the cob, fritos, carrots, apple pie, cookie, 2 beers, coke.

5 pizza slices, diet coke

4 Gatorades

Day 5

Clif Mojo bar

Bacon egg cheese muffin, banana, gatorade

Hot dog, orange pushup ice cream bar


Salad bar, mini burgers, fries, coke zero

2 snack bags mini oreos

3 more gatorades

Day 6

Cinnamon Apple Nut french toast, yogurt parfait

turkey tenderloin sandwich w/ onions & BBQ sauce, pickle

strawberry smoothie and PB&J

Watermelon, Gatorade

5 beef tacos, tortilla chips, salsa, guacamole, 4 beers

Oreos, 1/2 a chocolate chip muffin

2 more gatorades

Day 7 (morning)

1/2 a chocolate chip muffin
